I opened my agency in 1986, continuing a long family legacy with State Farm. My dad was an agent for 30 years before me, and our family has been part of this community since 1954. Today, our office includes two team members, and we take pride in providing personal, relationship-focused service to the people we serve.
We’re a group of dog lovers who enjoy a friendly, welcoming office environment. Community involvement is very important to us, and we’ve spent many years supporting local businesses and organizations. Being part of the town and giving back is a big part of who we are.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathy Dierkes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
