I opened my agency in 1986, continuing a long family legacy with State Farm. My dad was an agent for 30 years before me, and our family has been part of this community since 1954. Today, our office includes two team members, and we take pride in providing personal, relationship-focused service to the people we serve.
We’re a group of dog lovers who enjoy a friendly, welcoming office environment. Community involvement is very important to us, and we’ve spent many years supporting local businesses and organizations. Being part of the town and giving back is a big part of who we are.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kathy Dierkes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
